Pastoral Direction is for pastors who want to experience a fullness of life within their calling and vocation.
You may not be in crisis—but you're learning that giftedness, personal sacrifice, and sheer force of will can't sustain you over time. You want to make space to reflect honestly, bring your calling and humanity into alignment, and practice the same rhythms of life you work so hard to offer your church community.
What is Pastoral Direction?
Our favorite way to describe calling is this: there are things God only wants to do in and through you. We also believe your formation—who you are becoming—is just as important to God as the ministry you are pouring yourself into.
Pastoral Direction is an unhurried, ongoing companionship that intentionally cultivates the conditions for pastors to faithfully inhabit their calling and humanity. It creates space to discern God’s movement and embody the unique calling already entrusted to you.
When isolation, burnout, and accrued stress begin causing you to question your calling—and even your sanity—you don’t need another clever resource or program. You need to be heard and seen by someone outside your ministry circle who understands pastoral life, believes you are as important as the mission, and isn’t charging you by the hour.
